Kerry Property

Kerry is located in the southwestern area of Ireland; it borders the Atlantic Ocean, and encompasses a number of different peninsulas. It has been regarded as one of the most visited tourist spots in all of Ireland, because of its scenic beauty.

For those who live there, the beauty is something that they can experience every day and with changing weather, there are always new discoveries to be made. However, because of the location, it is more of a travel when it comes to reaching other famed Ireland property and bigger city locations.

Regarding Kerry property, there are two decisive trends that appear to be occurring, regarding the aesthetic and physical structures of the houses available on the market. There is a significant amount of newer, more modern looking houses for sale. These houses have been built within the last ten to fifteen years, and boast clean features, modern exteriors, and are grouped within more suburban locations.

The other trend is an increase in stony-faced houses; these are houses that have stone exteriors, and are more reminiscent of the old world nature of Ireland property. Many of these estates are more of cottages that houses.

The pricing for the stone cottages, many of which are on the outskirts of the property and boarder large green pastures, start around 200,000 euros; the cottages that actually boarder the beaches are around 400,000 euros and higher. However, more suburban type Kerry property can be found for 100,000 to 500,000 euros and very in amount of bedrooms; the lowest being 2 bedrooms and highest within this price range being 5 bedrooms.
